Rotary
Rack Oven is a unique equipment for hygienic baking of
breads, biscuits, rusks, patties, and other bakery
products. It is basically designed in such a way that it
provides indirect heating with counter flow principle
through a stainless steel heat exchanger fitted with
Automatic sequence controlled oil/gas burner. Uniform
heating of products ensured with robust blower and
adjustable air ducts to give you the best baking
results ,reliably and economically.
Standard Control Panel
The control cubicle
consists of Digital Temperature controller to
display the attained temperature and to maintain
the set temperature. Digital Timer for control of batch
time of baking products with audio Buzzer. Digital
Preset able Timer for supply of steam through
solenoid valve. Other electrical accessories of
International standards for better performance and less
maintenance.
Installation and Services
SARLECH
provides free service to the customer for one
year. However, the cost of electrical and electronic
parts is charged which are not covered under guarantee.
*Steam Generator
Steam
generator built with metal and alloy rods to provide
hygienic ,clean and evenly distributed steam supply to
give the best baking and to control the dehydration of
products by giving the gelatinization for best crust .
*Programmable
Control Panel
Sarlech provides you a user friendly
electronic programmable control panel with preset able
programs for different types of recipes with different
instructions of temperature and time values. It also
shows the current program messages on display screen.
This can be used for either manually controlled or
preprogrammed baking. Up to 99 different baking
instructions can be programmed in the oven memory
simply. Easily interpreted symbols illuminate to
indicate the different stages in the baking process. A
buzzer is activated to indicate the end of each baking
process.
*Canopy
A large and solidly constructed canopy of stainless steel
is
provided with an internal draught fan. This effectively
collects steam and hot air when the oven door is opened.

models. These features can be provided on request with extra costs.
